Review summary

We have sailed on this ship several times, this was by far the worst cruise experience we have ever had. I think Royal Caribbean was has declined in every aspect in the last 5 years. We have tried a couple of other cruise lines recently and had better experiences on them.

We have sailed on the Indy several times, the Buffet was poor at best, no more yogurt cups, the had a jar of PB sitting on the counter for everyone to share. MDR even repeated a few food options from day 1 on day 5 other than the classics.

Onboard Activities

the pool was Ice cold a couple of days, then 1 day it was warmer than the hot tubs, somewhere in between would have been nice. Enjoyed the Sauna.

The comedian Kivi Rodgers was great

Most of the supervisors seemed more interested in talking to each other instead of helping where and when needed

I think the ship was better before it was "amped". We sailed the week of the Ohio State/Michigan Clemson/South Carolina football games, Playmakers filled up upon embarkation neither game was on within 40 mins the place emptied out.

the room was great, the room steward did a fantastic job. The mattresses could stand to be a little better.

We sailed on the independence last January. We had a great time, no complaints. Labadee so far has been one of my favorite ports with Falmouth Jamaica being a close second. This was one of our favorite cruises so far, so I guess I’m not seeing why the ship and ports would deserve such a low score.

Regalia Jewelry Store is not High-End!
It was great. It was my first time sailing on Royal Carribean.
Not good, state room was small, bathroom to small, there was no internet and the tv had no good movies.
