Great cruise royal just needs to upgrade the t shirt choice on the ship it might be because of the pandemic but that was the only negative besides st Thomas horrible port

90 percent of the crowd was over 60 I guess may is not a good time to go on a cruise for a mother and a 18 years old son....absolutely no connection with anyone that was sad

The cruise was really good. Lots to do, great food and perfect service.

Overall, I would recommend Harmony of the Seas. It is a great ship for families. We were sailing at 80 percent capacity and at times some venues felt crowded. There was plenty to do for all ages. The ship was very well maintained and the service was excellent.

Very disappointed in lack of customer service. Clearly does not measure up to such a beautiful ship.

We had a wonderful time, The weather was beautiful and there was a lot too look forward to. My husband enjoyed a catamaran ride so St. Marten, every night at sauna and relaxing on our balcony

It was amazing over All. Still bummed that we couldn't experience it all. We were set to book another cruise in the future with Royal Caribbean and had hoped to get some kind of discount/credit for our next trip. But since customer service said that was not going to happen, we will keep our options open to other cruise lines

Overall we enjoy cruises. Thought we would never be disappointed. Unfortunately this cruise left us disappointed. There were some highlights, but due to issues they overshadowed what should have been an unforgettable vacation.

Many people from our FB group ended up with covid. Windjammer needs staff to serve passengers.

Need the local land staff educated and understand how to handle someone confined to a wheelchair and not send them out to a far off parking lot with no means of transportation to get back to the ship.

Work on how to treat your suite guest and the Buffet.

Great weather - no rain the entire week. Great entertainment - ice shows, Grease, bands, juggler, Love and Marriage show, and the ventriloquist. The food was average and not exceptional, Lobster night was very good. Jeffrey, the cruise director was great and made the vacation lots of fun.

RR/C needs to get more places to go . getting tired of seeing same places

This is a great ship that has activities for all ages. Everything is well maintained and very clean. The only thing to eat after 10pm is pizza and that gets old really quick. Lack of pool in the solarium is a problem. Very friendly captain and crew. Labadee and CocoCay are both beautiful locations. Highly recommend Harmony to anyone looking for a great cruise.

Great cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and got plenty of rest. The ports that are Royal ports were very good. The food was very good.

My family and I really enjoyed the cruise. The staff was very attentive and the main dining was one of my favorite parts. I find myself longing the food and constant activities. It was very rare if ever to have a dull moment while on the Harmony of the Seas. It was an incredible experience that I hope to do again sometime soon.

From the moment we boarded, we knew we would love this vacation. Royal Caribbean did not pressure us into drink packages, booking future vacations, pictures or specialty dining. We were able to be as active as we wanted.

This was my first cruise ever, i enjoyed so much and had a wonderful time. The staff is amazing friendly and very pleasant and helpful.

This boat was great overall, food very good for the most part. Rooms were excellent.
