Overall, I would recommend Harmony of the Seas. It is a great ship for families. We were sailing at 80 percent capacity and at times some venues felt crowded. There was plenty to do for all ages. The ship was very well maintained and the service was excellent.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food in the main dining room was hit or miss. Several nights were very good, but others were just okay. Both Jaimie's Italian and Chops were excellent! The food and the service were both very good.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
There were many activities on the ship for both adults and children. This is a great family ship. They have done away with the Royal Caribbean Production Shows, which we missed. The comedians and the ventriliquist were both pretty good. The zip line and slides were a lot of fun for everyone.
Entertainment

The band in Dazzle's was great! They chose a different theme each night.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
The service on the ship was great as we have come to expect. I gave 4 stars because of room service. If you ordered the night before, it was fine. When I tried to call in the morning, they left you on hold for so long, I finally gave up. I attempted to order in the morning several times. The one morning that I did get through, the wait was 45 minutes to an hour. My coffee was delivered in 30 minutes.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship was very clean and wel maintained. I do miss having a pool in the solarium. Also, the Diamond Lounge is in a small venue with no windows on Deck 4, which was not as nice as other ships.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was perfect for 2 people. We had plenty of storage. Our cabin attendant was excellent. We asked him for ice and he refilled it twice a day.
Ship tip
We felt that it was very difficult to practice social distancing; especially in the theater and shows. The elevators were also crowded at times.
Disembarkation was fairly quick, although there were very long lines. Once off of the ship, finding our luggage was easy and there were porters to assist if you needed them.
