Embarkation

LONG lines outside of the Orlando port before getting inside to be routed to more lines. Then to be told that the ship was under inspection by the coast guard and no one could board. Very very long wait with no eta. Then once on board everything was rushed and chaotic.

Food and Dining

This was our 6th cruise and 1st with Royal Caribbean. The food was not good at any place on board. Some was edible but far from good. And the windjammer closes at 9pm when some shows let out at 9pm. Good luck getting a late night dessert afterward!
Onboard Activities

Activities seemed scattered and spread out. Hard to find or remember without keeping the schedule or app in hand all the time.
Entertainment

Grease and the ice skating shows were great! El Goucho was terrible…. Not as good as the broadway shows that cruises typically offer but Grease and 1887 were definitely worth seeing. The Aqua show was just a display of a few tricks. Not really a show. Music onboard was good though! The DJ in the promenade was fantastic!
Service and Staff

The wait staff was great but overworked it seemed. Housekeeping was barely seen the first 3 days. It got better as the week progressed. The room and balcony had trash left from the previous guests and wasn’t very clean.
Ship Quality

Ship appeared to be clean overall but the room itself wasn’t. Carpet, headboard and sofa are all stained. Balcony has trash. Glass on balcony was really dirty until the 4th day when they washed it.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was spacious but very tired. Appears stained and dirty. Starbucks trash and straws left on balcony.
Ship tip
Pack lots of patience and don’t expect an experience similar to pre Covid cruising.
Sorry, this cruise didn't live up to your expectations. We sailed this ship prior to the pandemic and the cabin was kept in pristine condition. I wonder if the staffing shortages may be the cause.
