I remember Boy and Ed in the main Dining room, Joesph coastal bar as well as all the staff in the Coastal Kitchen...... they made you feel at home and cared for.

No complaints..... the cabin stuart guy took very good care of us. he went the extra mile everyday! his name was Akiai I never could spell it right.

it's not the same a NCL suite guest.

I do think that - for now - expectations need to be set to accommodate post-COVID cruises. In particular, I am reading that the cruise lines are struggling to staff up. It’s a damned if you do and damned if you don’t proposition for them. I do wonder if the expanded capacity too soon in light of staffing issues. I also think that SOMETIMES, expectations of suite guests might be unreasonable… I don’t know if that is the case here. Though we are traveling Star Class to Alaska soon and I’ll admit - my expectations are high… lol. Doctor heal thyself…

Personally love Harmony especially in a suite. We were always treated with the best of care in suite lounge and in costal kitchen which you can only go to if your in a suite. How much more care can you get. Plus if you go to labedee you have your own section on the beach. Harmony takes really good care of their suite guest.
