With the issues on this ship after using Royal Caribbean for the 6th time, I am ready to try Norwegian.

We were traveling with friends and had a great time.

After our cruise last year on another cruise line, we had almost given up on cruising because of the lack of quality. Someone told us to try Royal Caribbean, so we decided to give it a chance. It was THE BEST cruise experience of our past 15 cruises!! It was the first time we didn't want to get off of the ship!

Great experience except for poor security when using WiFi. This is not usual on other cruise lines where WiFi is ofter free or much less expensive.

Don't think we'll take another cruise out of the Galveston port. First, parking is ridiculously expensive/ total exploitation. Second, most of the Eastern Caribbean ports -businesses have learned how to exploit the tourists. Third, the "second largest coral reef" - it's all DEAD. Nothing to see here.

This is the second time we sailed on Harmony within the last 6 months. This cruise had so many children (several unruly and wild) and seemed much louder and too crowded this time. I usually love Central Park but it was too loud during the day and took away the peace I longed for!

I would definitely go on another cruise, but maybe another cruise line to check out. Maybe a Mediterranean cruise

Harmony of the Seas is a very nice cruise ship with lots of activities. We are still wondering how big is too big of a ship and still havent found the answer. While HotS isn't the Icon, but she is still plenty big.

Overall--a very successful cruise with my 3 sisters. Probably will be our last due to the one who has increasing dementia. So glad we took it and we did have some great times and laughter!

Over all we had a great time. just dinning room mixup on your part was the worst part

Other than rough seas causing ship to sway, was a great trip. Disappointing was not being able to go to Costa Maya and then the red flag for the beaches in Cozumel.

R/C has lowered their food standards. Apparently making money is more important than pleasing cruisers. Sauna and steam used to be free, now charge $149 per person, ridiculous.

Highly recommend Royal Caribbean. We were not happy with the Voom package and wound up getting a refund.

Overall, we loved this boat and sailing out of Galveston. We would sail with Royal again but would choose different ports as these weren't our favorite. The ship itself and staff were top notch.

RCL was always good service and cleanliness, but the bottom line must be poor food and service, attention not on having a good time, but how much money they can steal from you

This is a great ship. Lots to do no matter your age. Great food, shows, and service. However, I would not cruise over spring break again. There were too many unruly kids, especially preteen and teenagers. There was no control over them

it was wonderful. I do wish that Starbucks took cash the morning you are getting off the ship. I always settled up my on board account the night before I get off. So I couldn't get Starbuck

We had the absolute best time! The crowd was friendly. Most of the staff members showed their hospitality and the cruise director was AWESOME!!!

Overall, enjoyed the cruise, but I had to shift my expectations from what we've experienced in the past, mostly Disney, but also some other RC cruises. RC app doesn't work well for Android phones. The primary bed in the cabin was not at all comfortable. We were not a fan of "my time dining." While we mostly ended up with the same servers each night, this is only because one of the maitre Ds made that happen for us. We would otherwise have had random servers and not built relationships with any of the crew except our cabin steward. My family has ALWAYS enjoyed seeing their restaurant wait staff around the ship, but if that keeps shifting because of my time dining, there's no real connection ... "MEH" is the best eval I can provide for the MTD option. Harmony of the Seas is, however, a BEAUTIFUL ship with LOTS to do, but it IS BIG and holds a LOT of people who WILL, despite the signs, save lounge chairs for their friends, spouses, children who never use them. I REALLY appreciate that the old-fashioned muster drill has been replaced with some quick videos and a field trip to the actual muster station where you are "checked off" the list without having to stand on the deck in the sun and wait for all assigned parties to arrive. BUT .... where ARE those important life vests located these days??? Thankful we didn't need them, but I never did see them.

over all it was a good cruise but too many uncontrolled young teenagers , after the first few days all they did was run all around the ship night and day
