With the issues on this ship after using Royal Caribbean for the 6th time, I am ready to try Norwegian.

Port of Galveston has their act together. Very smooth.

Windjammer was ok, dining room is not what it used to be. Food was not great like before, service was slow.

We didn't put our grand children in it.

Service and Staff

Room Steward was horrible. Never took out dirty glasses. Never filled our ice bucket. Didn't bring clean bathroom glasses and when I called they said I would have to wait 4 hours? Dining staff was good but I think way understaffed.

Lots of rust around the ship, needs painted and carpets are dirty in rooms and hallway.

Not kept clean by our attendant. We had other family members who got animals each night but not us. You couldn't even find our attendant when needed and the extension never got us to him.
