Review summary

Other than rough seas causing ship to sway, was a great trip. Disappointing was not being able to go to Costa Maya and then the red flag for the beaches in Cozumel.

Lufthe took care of our needs and kept room clean in a professional manner; Alvin and Therese from Main Dining Room 3rd deck performance was OUTSTANDING providing exceptional service and catering to all of the group needs. They are a tribute to the ship and went the extra mile for taking care of pleasurable meal.

Design was such that had to continually go either up or down decks to go from fwd to aft because deck 6 did not have an easy way to move forward and aft except through the stateroom area hallways which at times were cluttered with either handicap scooters or cleaning bags for the rooms. Would have also been nice to have designed in more elevators mid ship
