Be especially nice to staff; all were excellent. The service was incredible everywhere we went. It was one of my best cruise experiences (and this was my 15th cruise).

The Grandeur has a lot of places to sit on decks 4/5/6/9/10/11, where you can get great views, either indoor or outdoors. A great ship on which to relax. Understand the WIFI/onboard cell coverage (WIFI was sketchy with the iPhone), your carrier's roaming policies, and how to set up your cell phone to work with the Grandeur. I did not, and I might end up paying for it when I get my next cellphone bill.
