Review summary

The cruise was a 65th year birthday celebration for 4 women who started high school together. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Dining Room staff was exceptional. All staff (except pool servers) were extremely friendly and accommodating. Wine drink prices were really outrageous. The drink packages encourage people to overdo it and are out of site. This should be thought about by this cruise line.

Didn't use the specialty restaurants. Mostly used the dining room. Special shoutout to Aimen and Arpi who served our table. They were so completely attentive, that they made the dining experience something special.

Already mentioned Aimen & Arpi above. Nilesh (Dining Rm) also was very attentive. Housekeeping services were also really good and helpful. Only rated good because the pool servers were not as attentive, unless you you buying a drink. Asked for water several times, was told yes, never saw them again.

Ship tip

Be sure you cabin brings the two bottles of wine allowed. Paid amlost $15 poolside for a glass of wine. Not cool.

Happy belated birthday, ladies. I'm glad you had a good cruise. I love Grandeur and I've been on her many times. I'll be going again Aug 30 and am looking forward to a great vacation.

That’s where they make their money. Especially if they bought the beverage package. It not cheap.
