Service was excellent, room very small, Very few people in the Casino, and very sure was due to strong smoke order and lack of non smoke areas.

This was a wonderful and fun cruise. The staff is friendly and the size of the ship makes it easy to get to destinations on the ship quickly.

Everything about this cruise was wonderful. I look forward to taking another trip this fall. If I can find a good price I can afford.

This was a great cruise for anyone who wants a little quiet time with your partner. Be aware that most of the passengers were older and I would not recommend this for highly active kids or young adults who like to "party". Both would likely be disappointed. We, however, had a great time. Would suggest the drink package for anyone who likes alcohol. It includes soda and premium coffee. Would also suggest a dining package for the specialty restaurants if you want privacy. The main dining room is very "friendly" and you WILL be expected to interact with strangers. This is not my thing, so we ate at Chops, Izumi, and Giovanni's as well as Windjammer. I have no complaints with any of them.

This cruise was a last minute decision that turned into a five star experience.

Overall the ship, staff, ports of call, embarking, disembarking made a great vacation.

The cruise was great. We would do it again. And maybe even 5 more times. But it was not as amazing as other cruises. However it was cheaper. One of the cheapest get seats available.

It was nice to have professional dance instructor on the cruise.

Grandeur of the Seas remains as our favorite ship with no complaints, just praise.

both husband and i gave the whole experience a 9.5 we are not fussy people and clearly we met people that would disagree ....great price and enjoyed all of our 13 days

We made the best of our cruise despite the shortened itinerary and the cancelled port stops. There were shortcomings with meals and entertainment. I would suggest the comedians get some new and fresh material as their jokes were old and appealed to a "less sophisticated/mature" audience. I.E. Genital humor is not funny, but is offensive to many. Games hosted by the cruise staff tended to be juvenile and again, crude. I am not amused by seeing the simulation of copulation by couples, nor are many of my cruise friends. Kindly request the decision-makers to upgrade to more classy fare.

This was our worst cruise with Royal Caribbean, but we focused on the positive things and made the best of it. Overall, I do not think this particular cruise was worth the money spent.

I have expressed my pleasure of being on this boat. I have also recommended it to others already. Not something I do regularly. This was the exception to me it was totally pleasant and enjoyable.

We love to cruise because it can be so relaxing and this one of the best trips we have had in a awhile. The staff was friendly but not pushy with the cameras, like some of the ships. The drinks were great. The food was fantastic! Take the plunge and enjoy your vacation on the Grandeur of the Seas.

This was an absolutely amazing cruise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and all of the passengers were so nice. My only critique is that a lot of the activities are geared towards the older crowd. Although we had a lot of fun, it would have been great to have activities for the 25-30 year olds. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing!

It was amazing. The entertainment staff is super friendly. Dining staff was over the top. Made our trip extra special. This was our first trip for our children and we will definitely be going again. Thank you Grandeur!

Ship needs to be updated otherwise a great relaxing cruise. We had a great time and celebrated our anniversary while onboard. A little rough at times but overall a great time was had by all.

ok have been on better ships. Not sure if we would travel again with you Ship needs some updating our cabin needed some work. Paint peeling in places. FUrniture needs to be updated

Nice fall getaway. Very friendly and well trained staff. Especially enjoyed the bartenders at the Centrium bar. Dining room staff were great and we enjoyed our meals.
