We made the best of our cruise despite the shortened itinerary and the cancelled port stops.
There were shortcomings with meals and entertainment. I would suggest the comedians get some new and fresh material as their jokes were old and appealed to a "less sophisticated/mature" audience. I.E. Genital humor is not funny, but is offensive to many. Games hosted by the cruise staff tended to be juvenile and again, crude. I am not amused by seeing the simulation of copulation by couples, nor are many of my cruise friends. Kindly request the decision-makers to upgrade to more classy fare.
Embarkation

Long lines, but they moved.

Food and Dining

Staff were very nice and efficient. Some of the meals were just okay such as Chilean Sea Bass (dry) and a disappointing Beef Bourginon which tasted like a very plain stew. Where was the wine which is part of the recipe? Escargot was cool, not warm.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Wanted to use the fitness center, but the classes I wanted to attend such as the stretch classes were always early-- 7a.m.! Need to move themaround for different folks who like to sleep in. Disappointed that the Yoga and Pilates classes were $12 and $15, plus 18% gratuity. Considering all the changes and cancellations of our cruise days, (7 days, not 9 days as originally planned) it would have been nice to have some freebies. I did use the machines in the fitness center and they were adequate.
Entertainment

Loved Elise Furr, the Ventriloquist and the boy band, Rook. Very entertaining. The comedians were just okay. Their jokes were stale and rather crude, even at the early hour. The Tango dancers were good and had good energy and appeal.
Did not like a couple of the games such as The Battle of the Sexes. Please contact me for further details. I have previously written to the Cruise Director, Bob, about the offensive content of this game and hope to see it changed!

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All waiters and stewards were very nice and friendly and efficient.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Yes, the ship was clean and well designed.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Nice cabin with adequate space for clothing. Shower was small, but we have come to expect that compact size on all cruises. It was clean and serviced twice daily.
Ship tip
Check the weather and the forecast at various ports.
We had our schedule changed because of rudder repairs and skipped ports because of bad weather.
Not too exciting. Took a cab over to Atlantis, but were told that we would have to pay $62.00 each to see the Aquarium there so just walked around and took the cab back. Had already been to the markets on a previous cruise.
