I have reached out to Royal Caribbean Customer Service about the damaged luggage and comments about the Cruise experience.......... still not word.

The ship was so enjoyable, the ports offered a lot to see

This is our third time aboard the Grandeur of the Seas, second time sailing this itinerary. It was great, as always. Baltimore is one of the easiest ports to check in/out and we have been through many others. The staff is very, very friendly and always helpful. Ship is a bit older, but the staff and entertainers make up for that. Great Diamond Lounge Concierge and bar staff also.

Taking a 9 day cruise is very relaxing! The best time to go was the end of Aug, the weather was fantastic every day.

We like going out of the local port. It doesn't involve long drives or making connections and flights. Yeah, for some destinations you will be on the ship longer than if you went to Florida. But think of it this way - unless you live in Florida, you're going to spend a day getting there and a day coming back. Wouldn't you rather be somewhere that you can get up and walk around any time you want or take uninterrupted naps? Plus they FEED you.

This is a great smaller ship for our first cruise. We really loved it. We felt the ship a couple times moving however I put on my wrist bands and I was fine.i took part in all the activities so we kept busy and relaxed by the pool in between. We wish we had longer in Bermuda. 24 hours was not enough time. We will go back. Bermuda was beautiful and very clean. I loved the snorkeling.the coral reefs and the fish were all around me! Breathe taking! We rented a 2 seater scooter which was scary; locals fly by you no matter what and it’s the wrong side of the road and no gps. The next time it will be the 2 seater electric car. A much better choice for us!

My 17 year old and I had a wonderful time overall. The only thing that I didn't like was the AMOUNT OF SMALL KIDS RUNNING AMUCK. While I understand it is considered a family cruise, there were children everywhere--whether at "the sexiest man in the world contest", where men were gyrating in the faces of judges, or at bar mixology presentations in the evening. Since there are activities for kids aboard the ships, it should be enforced that they are actually used more often. Other than that, It was a decent experience.

A lot of the officers that I met had a chip on their shoulder; they treat their staff like they are greater than them. Some of the officers don't even greet the passenger - they need a refresher course on Customer Service.

Being on your ship for the first time was just okay for me my sister Carolyn Allen talked about the ship and your company all the time and this was just the wrong time for so many things to go wrong for her. The reason for the cruise was to celebrate there anniversary, we wanted her to at least try to have a good time, she and I was disappointed.

We had lots of fun. Bathroom was very small. Would like to see a larger selection of turkey and non beef and pork products at the buffet and better foods for the late night dinning. The foods we’re watered down and not tasty at all, and very small selection of items. The staff, service and food in the main dining room were great, our waiters, Desmond and Facky were great, very personable and great to dine with, we enjoyed them every night. We also dined at the Chop Grille, food, service and our water were Superb! That was the best yet, food was fresh, very tasty and our Waiter were great! Manager made an exception and accommodated our reservation, songlad he did. This was our first cruise together and we truly enjoyed out last meal on the cruise! Great ambience!

INCREDIBLE experience but we will book directly with the cruise line moving forward. We will NEVER book through again - not a friendly experience. Booking was easy, we paid in full by the deadline. As first time cruisers, we read the "Cruising 101" information on the site and watched our checkmark list carefully. We read through all of our "What to Do" items and completed each. We did not, however, read page 4 of our six page receipt for making full payment to see that there was a small blue link that we should've clicked to facilitate processing of the promotional onboard credit we'd taken advantage of in booking through . When I called to inquire how the credit worked the week before departure, we were told that we'd neglected to click the link in time and there was "nothing they could do". Reference to this process appeared no where OTHER THAN page 4 of the receipt for payment.

Great crew, clean ship, good shows and comedians, but dated cabins (junior suite), and they charge for room service delivery!!!! Shame on Royal Caribbean.

Overall was OK. My wife has a Strawberry and Kiwi allergy and the amount of times she saw cross contamination of serving utensils by passengers was alarming. The wait staff asked my wife once if anyone had any allergies. The passenger craziness at the Cafe was too much. Staff was great, room was great, just the Cafe was a problem

In Nassau we booked an excursion "Rum & Reggae" which had stated that "secure transportation" was provided. We arrived only to be told that we were walking with one guide to our destiation during the night. Safety was of extreme concern and we were not satisifed with paying for such misleading terms.

we had problems with the spa be very carefull, also our stateroom attendent was terrible, he only cared about our bathroom & bed!

Was an experience to remember wish the cruise had more activities for young adults and was willing to assure you better when you are haveing trouble with cruising.

Very nice cruise, good food, 9 days is wonderful. Staff was excellent, drinks and photos are well done. Small ship, not as many choices. Bermuda is wonderful, clean, friendly and safer than most American Cities. The roads and driving are insane, but we plan on going back many times to this expensive, but enjoyable port.

Formal pictures could have been better. Dont like half pictures. I like full body. If I'm getting dressed with heels I would like the whole thing in the picture, not just from the waist up. Also you guys should put the pictures in hard folders like Carnival and Disney so they wont get messed up. There should be more than one showtime for guest. Not everyone can attend one showing if its during or close to your dinner time.
