Review summary

A lot of the officers that I met had a chip on their shoulder; they treat their staff like they are greater than them. Some of the officers don't even greet the passenger - they need a refresher course on Customer Service.

Joseph Santiago took good care of me and the room. Ana, from Serbia, deserves 5 full stars. She works in the casino area and was the best staff person on that ship. A lot of the officers never say hello; they walk by trash and don't pick it up - they deserve 3 stars. If I was in charge, they would be looking for a new job.

Yes, it was a first for me. And, this is the 1st trip that I have taken with Royal Caribbean. I normally use other cruise lines.

That's surprising. I've not experienced that with the Grandeur crew. Actually, I haven't been on any ship where the crew were less than personable to passengers or other crew members. Sorry you had that experience.
