Lost and damaged my luggage from room to dock (past Customs area)

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Wait staff we great on the 5:30pm seating. We ate in the Main Dining most meals. Food was just average. Ate 2 times in the Windjammer (Deck 9)..... the food quality was unacceptable.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Smaller ship, Solarium was crowed on at sea days. Based on age , I do not do rock-climbing walls.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The Celine and ABBA tributes were good...... other production shows and acts were just so so.

It sure is a terrible way to begin a cruise with lost or damaged luggage. It can even put a damper on the entire 9 day cruise. I was on that very cruise and part of the older crowd that you are referencing. I've been on the Grandeur many times and have never had a bad experience. I love sailing on the Grandeur and you are correct, it is an older and smaller ship. I think the reason for such an older crowd was the time (first week in September) and the destination (going north).

Did you fill out a form and show anyone from the customer service in the port when you received or picked up your damaged cases it needs to be reported straight away ?

Did you email? Or call? I suggest calling. They answer fairly quickly.
