Review summary

Being on your ship for the first time was just okay for me my sister Carolyn Allen talked about the ship and your company all the time and this was just the wrong time for so many things to go wrong for her. The reason for the cruise was to celebrate there anniversary, we wanted her to at least try to have a good time, she and I was disappointed.

This trip was for my sister after loosing her husband in July, she ordered rum and coke for our room,she requested it be delivered by 1:00 when she went to ask about it it was delivered that night and it was 2 pints and not the half gallon you have pictured in your ad. No one in there right mind will pay 45.00 for 2 pints of rum. She was very upset.

When my sister and brother-in-law cruised with your company for years they always came back and told us of the great intertainment you had on the ship this cruise she went to one comedy show and left before it was over, I went to none.

Service and Staff

Your service and staff was great, when there was a problem they did all they could to help, except for the guy that told her he was going to look into getting her emerald pin and we never heard from him again. The reason she kept this cruise was those pins for her and her husband.
