Book early .... *****use a plastic luggage tag holder, attached with a small steel cable.... do not staple around luggage handle, if your tag comes off your luggage, your luggage is held below. Not brought to your room. You will have to go look for it.****

Desserts can be improved. The food was great but the desserts need a lot of improvement and variety. The amount of available desserts did not meet the volume of people at the buffet.

Take the stairs more. The elevators are so clogged up with people that it takes nearly 10 minutes to get from one floor to the other.

Unless you are going with family, avoid holiday periods. See above comment on My Time dining. Couples: grab some seats around the adult pool-there's sun and shade.

The elderly or handicapped need to be prepared there is a lot of walking. If your in a wheelchair it’s very hard to get over the transitions.

The helli pad was the perfect spot for departures. To access go out deck 4 and up the stairs towards the front of the ship or find the secret door by the dj booth in star lounge deck 5 to reduce stairs.

Prepare your self to sit in the lines before boarding the ship and bing snacks/food because you could be there a while.

My Family will be looking for some other ship besides the Freedom of the Seas unless they change. We have used this ship for the comfort but it was not a relaxing week for every move and help with wheel chairs not availiable to needing room service for food for our mothers to be brought to their rooms everyday and 3 days we had to go get their food and bring to them.

They do not have food service at or around the pool. We were told that this is so they can keep that area clean easier. So, if you want food, you have to put clothes on and go into the ship. NO THANKS
