Review summary

The embarkation before the cruise was the worst part about this cruise, once on the boat however we enjoyed our stay thanks to the friendly staff and cleanliness of the boat.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
This was a very long and lengthy process. We stood in line for 2.5 hours in order to get through security to even get on the boat. The staff were rude and impatient when we had questions and the whole process was not very well set up or organized.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The buffets were good with a large assortment of foods to choose from and the main dining hall had really good options that were different every night.

Johnny Rockets

3 out of 5

Resturant was under staffed and we waited an hour to get our food. Once food arrived it was good.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

3 out of 5

Children's Programs

I did not go to any of the childrens activities

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Always very friendly

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Common areas were always clean

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was a good size for 2 people. Bathroom was a little small, it was inefficient to have the bathroom light on the outside of the bathroom.

Ship tip

Prepare your self to sit in the lines before boarding the ship and bing snacks/food because you could be there a while.

Ports of call

George Town, Grand Cayman

4 out of 5
I wish we could've spent more time at this port, due to a stop we had to leave early. We did the stingray excursion.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

4 out of 5
I thought this port was very pretty. It was confusing to get through the initial port since it was so compact and crowded.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
I loved cozumel, could have spent another day here.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Went more smoothly than embarkation, the only line was to get through security back into he country.

I was going to ask the same thing. I always try to arrive at the port between 10-10:30am. I've never had to wait.
