The ship and trip were excellent. The food on board was the best that we have ever had on a cruise. Our waitress , Kimberly, did a fantastic job each and everyday that we ate in general dining.

My wife and I celebrated our 10 Year Anniversary on this cruise, making new friends and lasting memories in the process.

Claudio, Ana, Cory and Luana made our entire cruise experience very entertaining!

The cruise experience is wonderful. I would like to get the photo taken, but it's too expensive. There should be a better offer to get these memories.

Overall the cruise is beautiful. The cruise personnel do their best to pamper the guests.

I would definitely cruise again on Freedom of the Seas. It is going into dry dock in January and February 2020 for refit with many new, exciting things added.

The Cruise itself was nice however the room we received was gross and couldn’t sleep because of the separator doors on the balcony rattled.

Wow! Simply amazing. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed all the service and accommodations. I wish there would have been more diversity in the music the DJ played at the late night dancing area. There could have been more R & B music. Same with song selections for Karaoke. List of songs need to be updated.

All the islands we stopped at were beautiful. The ship is wonderful even though some of the carpets are old. Loved the free coffee bar and free Sorrento's pizza place. Food was great. Royal Caribbean may be one of the last cruise lines to offer shrimp cocktails every night in the main dining rooms and lobster tails on Friday. I really liked that. The bakery on this ship is excellent. Try the raison bread and the filled doughnuts for breakfast. YUM!! The entertainers were superior singers and dancers and don't miss El Gaucho if he is on your boat--FUNNY GUY.

The cruise it’s pretty but some crew didn’t speak Spanish . Making dificult some Times to the people that’s didn’t know. Also the big television at the pool always show English program.

All in all a great cruise. Minor negative things. We would certainly do this itinerary again. Also be aware of sea conditions, if leaving from San Juan the waters can be a bit rough that first night.
