This trip really exceeded our expectations, in that Miss onnoe truly enjoyed the entire trip. The grandchildren and great grandchildren had a wonderful time with their 'Nana'. It won't ever be forgotten ❤️

We spend the day at a cabana with family and it could not have been better our waiter, Kaden, was exceptional! He pampered Miss Bonnie and made it a point to engage with her.

Freedom of the Seas was our first cruise ship and we loved her! Of course, we took a 7 day cruise and it was in 2010 when she was newer. Sorry you had a bad experience.
