First time on a cruise. Loved it. In fact, came home and booked another cruise for the end of March 2024. Can't wait to go back on a beautiful ship to sail away to another adventure. Am definitely hooked on cruises for the best vacations!

First time cruising, so a bit chaotic. Would be nice to have some signs or some kind of idea of where to go. But, other than the app not working, which me are the whole process take a bit longer, things went ok.

Food and Dining

The soft drink machine was out of flavors by day 2, so very limited options there. Food in main dining hall was good. Did not appreciate being seated at the "leftover singles" table...which included every guest showing up drunk for dinner. The waiter was an absolute gentleman and did a very good job being our server. Buffet was definitely diversified in it's options. Impressed with how much food they had available as well as choices.
Main Dining Rooms (Galileo, Isaac & Leonardo)

Enjoyed the formal atmosphere of the main dining room. The waiter did an excellent job at being professional and quick to serve us. Food was plated well, and tasted good. Only draw back was being seated at the "singles" table. Rest of diners showed up drunk, loud and rude. Definitely not a friendly way to spend a meal with total strangers.
Onboard Activities

Didn't really do much for on board activities, except for the casino. Enjoyed that immensely. Would've liked to enjoy the poops, but as usual, very crowded.
Casino Royale

Love the casino. Has something for everyone, whether it's actual card games or penny slots. Had a blast playing the games. Didn't even lose all my money, in fact, won more back than I played. The sounds could be set at lower volume tho, ..I was hearing bells a week later. Seems you'd turn down a machine, and 10 people would turn theirs up louder. Lol. Waitresses were friendly and made sure you had a drink. Overall, a fun place to relax for a few hours at the end of the day.

Service and Staff

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Even after customers were rude to staff, they still maintained professionalism and courtesy. Our room attendant was awesome and made sure to ask every day if we needed anything. Waiters/waitresses were super nice and quick to help.
Ship Quality

Very impressed with the ship overall. There were a few areas that probably need to be upgraded, but overall, everything was clean. The artwork around the entire ship was very impressive.
Cabin / Stateroom

The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Cabin was spacious, for a ship. Could use an upgrade in style of couches, but all in all, everything was clean and organized. Be prepared to take stairs
Ship tip
Be prepared to take stairs a lot. And remember, walk with the rocking of the boat or otherwise, every room will feel tilted. Lol!
Very interesting city. Everything was so colorful and fast paced. People were very nice, even the locals that were trying to find business from the tourists. It was exciting to see so many people in such a colorful beautiful paradise.
Easy to figure out how to leave the shop...even if you didn't want to. Lol. Only negative thing was the huge line for coffee prior to everyone leaving. Tempers were riding there, but thankfully everyone got their caffeine. Finding a ride to the airport was a bit chaotic, but went smoothly despite the crowds.
