THIS SHIP WAS TOP NOTCH, THE CREW WERE WONDERFUL, THE FOOD, ACTIVITIES AND AMENTIES WERE SUPERB, I RECOMMEND THIS SHIP TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS A GREAT CRUISE FOR THE BEST VALUE!!

I loved the dinners, the crew was very professional and courteous. I just wish the towels were a little bigger like in the soverign of the seas a few years ago.

The Freedom of the Seas had the most amazing staff ever! They were always ready to help no matter what was going on. I was truly impressed! The ship was clean and offered plenty to do. We had our entire family onboard from ages 14 mos to 66 years. there was something for all of us! We will definitely be back, we are thinking of making it a yearly family vacation.

This was our first cruise. Overall we were very impressed with the customer service and the variety of activities on the ship. We chose to pre-pay for excursions but found out that it isn't absolutley necessary to do ahead of time. There was a nice variety of families and couples on the ship. The ship had designated areas and shows for adults, teens, and children. We would definately sail on this ship again.

Big thumbs up to Alan (Curise Activity Director) and his staff. COnstant activities on board, always keeping you laughing and plenty of memories of fun times!

The outline of the ship had us in WOW from the time we step on the ship. I recommend this ship to anyone who LOVES to have fun. There is so much to do and very little time even though you have SEVEN wonderful days.

We came in a group of 6 and everybody found stuff to do, eventhough we all had different tastes of activities or how we use our spare time. The ship (Freedom of the Seas) is amazing, shiny, clean, elegant, well kept and lots to see and do.

Overall we had a fabulous vacation! The cruise director, Allan Brooks, was THE BEST cruise director ever (put it this way, I never remember their names). The crew was top notch, the food was great and there were always activities going on. The ship was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I have nothing negative to say about this vacation...except that we lost in the casino but our dealer James was so awesome we almost didn't mind!

Amazing ship, awesome staff and crew, terrific evening shows. Our room was small but comfortable and incredibly clean! Loved the towel animals every night. Boarding process was smooth and easy as was the disembarking. Pools were wonderful and we really enjoyed the FloRider, basketball courts and mini golf. Tons and tons of positives but "Shopping Shelby" is a total ripoff who is obviously on the take from all the vendors in the different ports. Purchased $25 coupon book that she promised had $400 in savings and free items but didn't say that included several ports we werent even going to visit! In one port, she and her staff were sticking "Hard Rock Cafe" stickers on people without asking and telling them to go there for lunch. How dare they stick something on people without asking!!!! If I want to advertise for the Hard Rock, I'll get paid for it. Also didn't like the big push in the Royal Promenade to buy, buy, buy. It was so bad that we didn't realize until the last day that the food in the coffee shop and pizza place were free-of-charge. Also missed that there wasn't a midnight buffet.

The ship is kept very clean. The staff is efficient and very friendly. Everything is in top condition.

The boat was amazing. We loved the ice show. Everything about the cruise and the staff was wonderful!

We enjoyed the ship. It's always easier to complain and this issue has plagued all my RC cruises. People save deck chairs and seats at the shows. RC makes announcements and they have some help hired to try and stop this but the problems continue. If you save a seat, you are a clod. Rude. Obnoxious and I'm sure you don't care what others think. Perhaps you think everybody does it. Nope, not me. When asked to save a seat I simply say I'm sorry, I can't. The rules are the rules. It is time for RC to put a stop to it. Pick up that single shoe, the book, the towel. If your butt is not in the seat then it isn't saved.

Celebrating our 30th anniversary, we were excited to sail this ship after having seen it on a Travel Channel show a couple years ago. The ship was everything we expected and more! Loved the Promenade, Chops Grille, adult pool area and entertainment. The cruise director was full of energy and talent and the ship's production numbers were well done and of high quality and caliber. Can't wait to sail again - maybe this time to western caribbean.

The service was great and we love Royal Cruise Line better then the others. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

This was by far my best vacation, ever! I'm glad that we picked it for our honeymoon. Some people told me that a 7 day cruise may be too long but actually I could have easily gone an additional 7 days. It was FANTASTIC!

Our cruise on Freedom of the Seas was awesome. We were on our first cruise with a family of five. Boarding was smooth and well organized. Need to know the tricks of onboarding beverages:) Cabin was nice - on the Promenade Deck. Dining room experience was very nice - good choices and great view of ocean - great service. LOVED the entertainment - world's best cruise director Richard Spacey - he was funny, quick, can dance, and keep you giggling and smiling with all the antics of him and his staff. Beautiful fitness area - spin class not like home - just okay.
