Cons: Food was disappointing

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Cozumel, Mexico
Gte off the main drag. one block in authentic mexican restaurants and shops. better prices and food than on the main drag. Take a cab from port to down town and wak the 3 miles back. make sure you have small bills......nothing over $5 and good stuff. The gold and jewlery is moderate price but not a steal.
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Stay away from the recommended Taj Ma Hal; tourist trap! No real bargains here! Get a cab to take you interior for shopping t-shirts and various trinkets.Ask cabby to take you to a "locals" place to eat, you will not be disappointed. Final stop before re-boarding is Margaritaville; good cheap drinks and fun atmosphere, not worth eating a burger there....you can get that anywhere.
Don't Miss: Dunns Falls if you have not done it before.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Rented a scooter and did my own thing. Island does not have an Island feel. Like going to any summer destination in the states. Soon as I see a BK or MC'ds it looses the island flavor for me. Visit the public beachs some of the best I have seen!
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
Flight line and Parasailing; great staff good value. The Dragon Coster; too much money for the ride. Drinks on the island were hard to find once the free lunch crew cleaned up at 2pm. We are on the island until 4pm two hours looking for a drink...not even water could be found. The beachs are a bit rough, coral bottom makes it hard to enjoy.
Don't Miss: Flight Line...Zip Line ride!
