A very good experience! Will go by Freedom of the Seas again!

The ship was nice, however due to weather and for some reason having to leave San Juan at 1:30 we were not able to enjoy any of our stops. I went on an 8 day cruise and didn't touch the ocean once.

Really nice, relaxing experience. The only real problem was that it was only 6 days. We wished it was 12 days!

Had an overall great experience. Lots of memories to share. Would definitely recommend Royal Caribbean to anyone thinking about a cruise line. Freedom of the Seas had a very friendly staff.

Have been a RC cruiser annually for several years. Although we now have reached our next status level we more than likely won’t continue the tradition. Profitability have obviously become more important than customer satisfaction. Can’t understand how that can continue to be a successful plan. Having done a few Viking Cruises, which provide more overall value at the end of the day, RC should be rethinking their game plan.

First time using this cruise line. Big fancy ship, but seems to be extrra costs for some things, room service, umbrellas, burger joint.

Great cruise, had a wonderful time, great service and great ship

Overall the cruise was fine. Our two major complaints were first that we requested a large table for dinner but were seated at a table for 4 and second the Diamond lounge was far too small to accommodate the amount of members attempting to use it. We never were able to obtain a seat.

Overall, we had a wonderful time on this ship and itinerary. Don't let my negative comments on some of the aspects of the cruise stop you from taking this ship in the future, We will certainly go on it again. Nobody's perfect.

Very quick getting on and off the ship. Lots of fun things to do on board. Amazing shows.

This may be my first cruise but also the best. Sets a very high standard for future cruise comparisons.

Worst of five Royal Caribbean cruises I have ever been on. Aside from the cruise director, wait staff, and state room attendants, the rest of the crew really did not seem to care and made a lot of small mistakes throughout the cruise. The skipped one port and did nothing to compensate so book with caution. Mexican ports seem to have no problem ripping off American tourists so I really have no desire to go back any time soon.

This was our 5th cruise with Royal Caribbean and our favorite because we went with close friends.

The cruise was fine. Met some very nice people. Feel the staff could clean restrooms (womens') more often nd wipe down rails more often

Last trip on Freedom of the Seas! We Took our whole family since this is the third trip on this ship. very disapointed in service and help especially with 2 disabled mothers that we had no help with when we had asked for help with wheelchairs and help with them. The main dinner out of the 8 trips that we have been on was the worst we have had along with talking to several of the other members on the ship. The windjammer had better food. We had to have room service for food for our mothers and had to go get their food for them 3 days because they never brought their food and was charged for room service anyway. We as well ordered help with their luggage and day to leave it was still there and had to take extra time because they blamed delta for denying to pick up because Royal showed they had 300 pieces of luggage to pick up and they only had 3 along with we needed wheelchair service that was not there and available for them. Not a good relaxing vacation for any member of our family. Very Surprised at Freedom since this was our 3rd trip on her and all was top notch on both other trips.

We had a great time! Food, drink and room were great!

we were a group of 8 people 2 families and we enjoyed everything in the cruise as it was our first cruise the timing in Cayman Island was very short and I wish they havemore activities and sports for boys

Overall very good. Food in dining room as good as Holland America or Norwegian. This was our first cruise during a holiday period and ship was stretched to its limit.
