First time using this cruise line. Big fancy ship, but seems to be extrra costs for some things, room service, umbrellas, burger joint.

Anytime dining, but reservations recommended? Service a bit slow. Windjammers was good but only open on/off all day.

Wave rider was lots of fun, shows were good, but times varied every day, confusing.

Good service but feels like fewer staff than in the past

Very clean, but elevators slow and need more. Toilets kind of hidden away. Coffee and juice stations only available in windjammer. Lots of walking required for anything.

You start off by saying it’s your first time on Royal, but then say, “feels like fewer staff than in the past.” Can you clarify? What other line are you comparing against?
