Overall the cruise was fine. Our two major complaints were first that we requested a large table for dinner but were seated at a table for 4 and second the Diamond lounge was far too small to accommodate the amount of members attempting to use it. We never were able to obtain a seat.

Main dining room service was excellent. Food was okay. Menu leaned to contain more typical average dishes than in the past. Windjammer was extremely crowded. Food at breakfast and lunch was okay.

Singers, dancers, orchestra, and ice show performers were excellent.
We were disappointed the orchestra didn't provide dance music in the Viking Crown lounge an evening or two as in the past. Also, no music in main lobby near bar before dinner for dancing as in past.

Misc. entertainers (acrobats, comedians, juggler, singer were all excellent.

Ship was very clean considering being extremely crowded.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin size was okay. Typical jokes regarding ultra small shower. Window facing front of ship was great, however, location of room made for long walk to get anywhere, particularly rear of ship.
Ship tip
Be patient regarding ship being crowded and waiting for elevators.
Labadee itself was wonderful, however, it is a shame you can't walk through the lane with all the vendors. They are extremely pushy and rude. They aren't intelligent enough to realize if they would leave you alone to browse and shop you may spend money with them. As usual we took one step forward were accosted and turned around and left the area.
When we visited Labadee in November of 2017 the vendors Lane was patrolled by Royal Caribbean officers some I believe are stationed on the island. So the vendors stayed at their front entrances, they were still aggressive or maybe desperate as we approached their shops but not enough to make it unpleasant. We did make a few purchases but we were glad that the Royal Caribbean officers were there.
