Great choice for the Glacier Bay Alaska experience, but expected much better from HAL. BACK TO CELEBRITY FOR US! Seems HAL has become complacent, no longer paying attention to the operational details that have driven development of their upper tier cruise line reputation. Confusion at the Lido Market due to miss-organization and weak signage, poor Main Dining service, confusing photo shop process...again due to lack of signage and poor organization. Lastly, the HAL website is horrible, and seemingly in dire need of some technology and operational updates.

Lido Market was disorganized and lacking signage in crucial places, resulting in passenger confusion and crisscross passenger traffic jams. Service was slow and attention lacking in the Main Dinning Room. Table service non-existent in the Rolling Stone Lounge.

Stage shows were good, and appropriately thematic, which is not always the case. The house band in the Rolling Stone Lounge was fantastic, best I've heard in many years...anywhere.

Cruise Director was fantastic. Room stewards were great, but the exception amongst service staff on the ship. Main dining room staff was inattentive and slow. No sign of a Sommelier all week? Table service in the Rolling Stone Lounge was non-existent, and bar staff got snippy when passengers approached the bar directly for drinks & refills???

Some confusion regarding side-by-side...and apparently alternating lines (but without explanation or signage) for airport transfer buses.airport transportation lines.
