We were impressed with Holland America as it was our first time on them. We will probably sail with them in the future.

Food and drink were great. Only thing that surprised us was that Alaskan King Crab was not offered in a specialty restaurant...even for an upcharge. Maybe it is seasonal?

All were courteous, some bartenders were overworked it seemed. Gerry and Marky Mark were great.
Parking by John Hopkins Glacier for over an hour was spectacular. We heard ice cracking (caving) more than a dozen times and saw ice chunks fall 5 times.
Did a whale watching excursion on a small boat (booked through American Airlines). It was a highlight of the trip. Saw over 3 dozen whales, some sea lions.
