Review summary

Ship is aesthetically pleasing in great shape. Staff work very hard to maintain the services. They are friendly and ready to answer any questions. Getting a veranda is a must. The view are amazing.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Staff were excellent. Staff always anticipated your needs. Lots of food options and variety

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Many activities scheduled. Well organized for such large groups.

Spa And Salon

2 out of 5

Didn't have enough sauna's and did not have one for coed. There should be a lock on the door (in case someone is in the nude)

Entertainment

5 out of 5
BB Kings All - Stars were outstanding! Every night they got better and better! Tyrone (Comedian) was great as well. Would love to see him off ship.

B.B. King's Blues Club

Service and Staff

Great! Hard working and always present.

Ship Quality

Sheets did not appear to be changed. Had staff change sheets and pillow cases. Also, pillows aren't washed. Smelly. I know they have a short time to clean staterooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Other than the dirty/smelly sheets and pillows, cabin was clean. Housekeeping was prompt to clean stateroom in the morning.

Ship tip

If you can, splurge on a veranda. It makes such a difference to see the ocean views. Well worth it!

Disembarkation

Also, at the end of the cruise, make sure you know what floor you will be disembarking from. Everyone was confused, and unlike at the begining of the cruise where staff were everywhere to assit and direct, it as a ghost town and there were no staff to be found to give directions on which floor to go to get off the ship. It is announced prior over the loud speaker, but it would have been great to have staff near the elevators to direct. Guest were going to all floors trying to get info, which jammed the elevators.

There were signs with arrows pointing to the ramp for debarking when I was on the ship in May.

Just curious…you were able to visit/rate all these ports within 2 days of departure?
