This was a great itinerary with a good balance of sea days and nice ports to visit.

Check-in agent forgot to give us our room key. They almost made us go through going to the back of the line and checking in again as if they did not believe us. Finally, someone looked it up and confirmed that we had checked in and then gave us our room key.

My only complaint were the seats in the MDR. I am a larger woman and could not fit in the seats with arms. Staff was very accomodating and found me a chair with no arms, but very embarassing to have to make this request.

Love the Greenhouse spa; bout the spa package and thoroughly enjoyed the hydropool and stone lounges everyday in addition to other spa services.

Loved billboard online. Just did not like the way a few guests were monopolizing the entertainers and throwing requests at them.

Great location. Near the elevator and just below lido deck. No noise as I have read some complaints from other passengers but our cabin was below the rest rooms on the deck above.
