My experience was 100% , was our anniversary we decided celebrate every anniversary with ROYAL CARIBBEAN

We enjoyed our cruise very much due to the excellent staff, cleanliness, & overall fun & festive atmosphere. Our main purpose was to enjoy the ocean views & sunshine, so we didn't participate in onboard activities that limited us to being inside. We also didn't want to spend more for excursions or excessive drink packages. We thought the food was excellent & our service at mealtimes was the best we've ever had anywhere. We would've appreciated some quiet time in the pool area, but there was music &/or entertainment more often than not. We looked for other areas around the ship to just sit & appreciate the view & quiet.

Disapointed will never go on a 4 day cruise again. Had such high hopes of this cruise since had not been on one in a while celebrating first cruise with daughter in 20 years. Wanted it to be perfect and it wasnt.

Almost all staff were fantastic with service and kindness. We would like to say that our room attendant, Joseph Torralba was absolutely fantastic - the room was always clean and his smile was welcomed. Our servers in the diningroom were absolutely outstanding - the BEST service we have ever received. Igor and Dinesh were outstanding, kind, personable and attentive to all our table needs. We did not like the way the photos were handled at all - it was an archaic system in such modern times - you have an app...put them on the app to view - scan the room card each time. It took an hour to find all the photos to find out that we had to purchase them separately even though our rooms were attached to my son's and I paid for everything - they lost a $250 sale for this terrible system on principle alone just because we were in 2 adjoining staterooms and we couldn't combine our photos. Our entire party of 6 were set up at different tables, a skymiles booking problem - although the problem was eventually handled, it was awful that we had to get management to help us and too a lot of time - we used a travel agent and were disappointed we were somehow not connected. - We have some issues with the charges and Royal Caribbean seems not to be able to help...hmmm...we have to go back to travel agent? - thank you for adjusting the rate to compensate for not going to cocoa cay - sooo sad for us since this was going to be a big family highlight - but since I purchased the entire cruise the credit should have gone on my card, not the incidental cards given...what a mess we have in billing!

I traveled with a group of 6. We booked seperately thru skymiles and were assured that we could sit together at dinner. Once on ship that was not true. So if you want to travel together and sit together I recommend that you book all cabins at once so that the cruise line will recognize you as a group. We ultimately got a table together but had to insist.

Some very high points and some quite low points. Good choice for a weekend booze cruise on a tight budget, if you want to lay by the pool. Not a great choice if you are looking for the kind of experience shown in RCL website and sales brochures.

Overall the cruise was ok but not a wow moment. If I decide to ever cruise again, I will do more research on the ship options.

This was the perfect cruise with my teens. Not too long, not too short. The ship is smaller, but we liked that.

We love to cruise and Enchanted of the Seas was another great ship that we been too.

I loved this ship. This was my first cruise and It was so fun. The ship is a nice size and I was not overwhelmed by the size ship. The staff was incredible! They were so friendly and very attentive. The ride was smooth and not bumpy at all. The food was good, but more options after day 2 would be awesome. overall, I wouldn't mind this ship again

A wonderful cruise and experience overall for family with young children. Extremely clean and well managed.

The ship needs to be updated. The staff should do a better job at entertainment.

Bartenders were Not Friendly when we got on the ship. If you asked what was a suggested fruity drink they didn’t want to be bothered. We didn’t get a towel animal the first and last day. Royal Caribbean is supposed to be the Best and I was very surprised. We were on Royal Caribbean on our Honeymoon and 25 years later My husband surprised me with this pre Anniversary trip. Don’t think we will ever take R.C. again!!

Great long weekend getaway .All staff on ship were helpful and friendly. I would definitely return to Enchantment of the Seas.

You can tell this is an older boat with less attention to details than the newer boats. Both staff and fellow cruisers could care less about the dress code even on formal night. There was a surprising number of children and the parents tended to let them do as they wanted throughout the ship.

Best time ever had so much fun went with friends it was amazing

service and entertainment were great. the choices for breakfast and dinner in the main dining could have been better. the choices for lunch in the windjammer dining room were very good and the quality was good.

I can't wait to plan another Cruise. This was our first and it was amazing. We got a great price on (approximately $400 a person after fees and taxes; for a 4 night 5 day to the Bahamas!) and excursions were worth it.

Overall my experience on this ship was great. The waters weee a little ruff and my sister got sick the first day but everyone else in my party was fine. I had a pedicure at the spa it was relaxing looking out into the sea but I felt it was overpriced for the service I received. Food was great and the staff were both friendly and helpful.
