Review summary

Bartenders were Not Friendly when we got on the ship. If you asked what was a suggested fruity drink they didn’t want to be bothered. We didn’t get a towel animal the first and last day. Royal Caribbean is supposed to be the Best and I was very surprised. We were on Royal Caribbean on our Honeymoon and 25 years later My husband surprised me with this pre Anniversary trip. Don’t think we will ever take R.C. again!!

Staff and sevice was excellent we had Kevin and Jose. Food wasn’t great. But the steak dishes were.

We only went to one show we had 8:30 dinner at first. So it was hard to go to shows. We changed dinner to 8 that was the earliest we could get.

Room was clean bathroom was old inside the medicine cabinet it was all cracked. The toilet kept getting clogged. We had to call the plumber twice. First day we docked the bathroom smelled like cesspool and the shower was gurgling First shower the water didn’t go down went all over the bathroom floor. We called to have it looked at.

Ship tip

For a first time cruiser it would be ok but if you have traveled on new ships you may not like it. Check out the ship and its age before setting sail. I was disappointed but we made it the best we could.

It was fully under construction. Couldn’t buy anything as far as souvenirs. Food wasn’t good. Beach was beautiful. It will be beautiful when finished but it was very very disappointing

We just got off of RC and noticed not only was the bartenders not friendly some of the crew wasnt either.We tried RC for the first time and the last time . we are going back to Carnival ...

Towel animals don’t happen first and last day in any cruise anymore due to that is the days they deal with luggage Those people work hard

Lack of towel animals always totally spoils my cruise. What were you flushing to block up the toilet.
