Customer service and the cleaning staff was a 10 star rating! They were very friendly and helpful and they keep the ship very clean.

It was scary. You should have security patrolling the area. There were some very shady individuals too close to the port entry. Not safe at all. The beach was beautiful and I love that the floaties were free.

I paid for the kayak excursion and could not do it due to weather. They only offered a refund instead of offering another excursion option. I was very disappointed.
