Review summary

Disapointed will never go on a 4 day cruise again. Had such high hopes of this cruise since had not been on one in a while celebrating first cruise with daughter in 20 years. Wanted it to be perfect and it wasnt.

The show the second night was great but that was the only thing on the ship that was enjoyable.

Waiters wonderful in dinning room, cafeteria, room service great. Room steward never saw until last night even paid gratr. but left us extra env. not impressed. Guest relations very nice but had to wait in line over a hour just to ask a question.

The wine bought at Nassau had to pice up at 6.30, Man that took care of station didnt speek english very well had the wrong number on the bottle did not offer us a box or tag for it to be checked at TSA so it was surendered, Thank you Royal. Guess if you dont buy it on ship they dont care about you getting it home. Luggage was taken at 11 that night. Then when we got off the ship we just about had to run because they came and got us late and we sat on the transfer bus over a hour waiting for 12 more people.

Oh my we’re doing a 4 day in April. I hope it is better than what you went through. We have only done carnival never disappointed. Now I am worried we made a mistake🥺
