This was the first time we have taken children with us. Not much for teens to do. Ship is looking a little old. Needs a good paint job and new furniture. Other wise it was a great time and good food.

Excellent experience throughout my stay on the boat. Entertainment was awesome and service was well beyond my expectations.

Although we were disappointed about the fog delay and not getting to Cozumel. we have agreed that we will take another cruise next year.

Great cruise, wonderful staff on Enchantment. Great food and service in the main dining room. Avoid Chops Grill, excellent food with poor service at an extra charge. Enchantment OTS is a small ship without much for children to do. We could not dance in the evening because of the children running and jumping on the dance floor. This used to be a good cruise for adults. I don't know if it was the short cruise or kids go free week but it wasn't for me.

cruise was ok will think twice about using Royal Caribbean again.

This was our 8th cruise, and we were a little disappointed in the musical entertainment. There were endless Trivia games, etc. but not much music until late in the day. Music is uplifting and seems to keep people smiling. There was an unusually large number of children aboard (no schools were closed for special occasions, except flu epidemics). We purposely choose our dates of travel when it is less likely for school to be out, so we were surprised. We brought along two adult relatives for their first cruise, to help get them acquainted with cruising before they go on a longer trip.

My family and I had a great time. There was not one boring moment any day. The food was great, so was the service. We were all happy that we chose to vacation on your cruise.

Great short cruise gave us the opportunity to include our family for a great get together, with activities to appeal to all ages.

Everything was good but we did get a little seasick. Everyone on the ship was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This cruise was ok. I’m not sure if I would book another with this cruise line. There were limited kids activities and some of the shows were boring. Overall I would give a 5 out of 10.

This was a nice short cruise and on a smaller boat for a family reunion was good too. I would not necessarily have chosen it for myself but for what it was, it was a good choice. Because it was an older ship it did not have all of the bells and whistles of the newer ones, but it was nice to have a smaller crowd. They did not have a big promenade, but had enough smaller spaces to investigate to keep us busy for a few days. There was always plenty of room because there was less people.

I doubt I will go on Royal Caribbean again unless they expand their dining options and improve their service. Have never had a bad experience on a cruise until now. We still had a good time but only because the group we went with was a lot of fun. Also, if you book a service at the spa, be prepared for them to pressure you to buy additional products. Overall, I was not happy with this cruise for the price we paid for the cruise and drink package.

Overall, I think that I would rate my experience as very good because this is an older ship in need of updating? Additionally I think that there should be more time for adult karaoke and designated areas on the ship for personal ironing and laundry.

This is an older ship, so if you are looking for a bunch of frills, this may not be the ship for you. I was told they are sending this one to get revamped soon. Easy ship to get around. Wonderful staff

Cruise was great! Customer service from Price line was horrible! I had questions about a cruise credit and called every number I could find from . No one could answer my question if I could even get a human on the phone! And I was literally hung up on 2 times in mid-sentence. Don't use . Buy straight from the cruise line.

Very mediocre cruise. Food okay, but everything else was a disappointment. Old ship that isn’t very well maintained. Staff were disengaged and just going through the motions. I would not consider repeating this cruise.

This was a really good value. Sailing in winter is so much cheaper and yet this cruise did not disappoint. 4-days is a great length and Cozumel is about the best port of call you can ask for.

We relaxed a lot. The couples Swedish massage was the highlight of our onboard activities. It was so very worth it.

We had a great time on this ship. One of the smaller ones we cruised on. Staff were outstanding! Ship a little dated but everything was well maintained.

Love this ship 2nd cruise aboard. The staff is amazing! Great places on the ship for relaxing and plenty of things that kept us entertained! The shows are a must see! The games played never laughed so much! Thank you Royal Caribbean for a wonderful sisters trip. My sisters 1st cruise and she loved it!
