Very mediocre cruise. Food okay, but everything else was a disappointment. Old ship that isn’t very well maintained. Staff were disengaged and just going through the motions. I would not consider repeating this cruise.

Lack of signage directing traffic. Very disorganized. Staff accepting baggage were disengaged. Very poor.

The food was the only redeeming factor on this ship. Basically good in all venues.
Onboard Activities

Weather wasn’t conducive to use, but pools were small. Hot tubs were crowded.
Entertainment

The singers and dancers were good, but everything else was mediocre at best. The entertainment was not only lacking, but there wasn’t enough of it. Made for a boring cruise.
Service and Staff

Room steward was good. However, the other staff was robotic and there wasn’t enough of them. Had to search out staff for service. Room service was late because there was only one staff member on duty. Totally unacceptable.
Ship Quality

Ship is old and not well maintained. Windows were extremely dirty obstructing views. Common areas were not kept pristine. Visible rust all around the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was maintained well by the cabin steward. It was small, but worked out okay. Window was extremely dirty.
Sorry you didn’t enjoy it. Interesting that 2 others posted reviews for the exact same sailing rated it highly and enjoyed it. It’s always surprising how people can have the same experience and feel so differently.
