I did a BTB on the Enchantment. The ship is old yes but the staff was great. If I had to rate the food it's better than the Oasis. The games were fun. Everyone went out of their way to help.

I believe this is a fake review or the person picked an older ship and did absolutely no research on it. Also, if asked, the cabin steward would have fixed the sofa each day.

Age of ship does not promise best experiance as we have had best times on "older" ships. It's the crew that makes or breaks any cruise. Ones attitude plays a roll too. I am curious though as to whether they even requested sofabed stored during the day as the room attendant is not a mind reader but will typically do what you request.

I would not judge an entire cruise line by one cruise on one of their oldest ships. Try a newer ship for a better experience.
