Review summary

Cruise was great! Customer service from Price line was horrible! I had questions about a cruise credit and called every number I could find from . No one could answer my question if I could even get a human on the phone! And I was literally hung up on 2 times in mid-sentence. Don't use . Buy straight from the cruise line.

Not as much to do. Be careful with taxi drivers. A taxi driver approached us as we were walking and said he would charge us $25 to take us downtown which is where we were headed. There were four of us in the party. When we got down, we have him $40 (we thought we were giving a good tip), but he said we were $60 short. He said it was $25 per person, which is not what he said at first. We speak Spanish so there was nothing lost in translation. He swindled us!

Sometimes customer service can be hell

I always book direct. You don't get any better of a price thru an agency. You may get a free perk or two, but not a better price on the cruise itself.

Unless it's a third party that specializes in cruise vacations, I'd hesitate.

On taxi ride, someone played you. We typically pay 8 bucks total for 2 people for a ride downtown in Cozumel. We even took a horse and buggy once for 10 buck total.

I would never buy a cruise from Priceline and it would not be someone I would ever consider for this either. We have booked all our cruises through a 3rd party (same one for all) and have zero issues. Also we have always gotten a better price and more perks than were offered by cruiseline for same cruise when I checked.
