Sea sickness got all of us, so couldn’t use drink packages every day because of rough waves.

It was fun and we really enjoyed all the staff. So friendly! It was our first cruise so we were pleased with the whole experience. Some of our group got sick with the flu the last day so wash your hands and don’t drink after anyone!

We loved the onboard experience the Enchantment of the Seas offered. Fun vibe with plenty of great music.

This was my second cruise. Last time with Carnival cruise lines. My wife and I always do behind scenes or all access tour. We met a staff Captain getting on the elevator. He was very nice. Main Captain of the ship is scared of people. Never ever seen him out and about. We were on the bridge of the ship he ran and hid from his guest. That evening at parade of flags he got tired of holding his passed it off for someone else to hold. I work in the service industry. One thing I was taught very early. Clients pay my salary.

Just like us, this is ship is an oldie but a goodie. We will definitely sail this ship again in the future.

Had a wedding on board prior to sailing and it was perfect. 30 guest with some not sailing. Perfect wedding. Cruise itself was a lot of fun celebrating with family and friends. Supposed to have wedding cruise experience with extras and somehow we fell off the books and had to fight to get what we paid for, so that piece what not a lot of fun and kind of put a little damper on the mood. Once they got it right, it was great, but a little late. Overall a great time celebrating a marriage with family and friends

I had really high hopes for this trip with my family, but it was such a huge disappointment. If there had only been one thing to complain about, I could have overlooked it, but everyday was more and more disappointing. Lesson learned, do not book a trip on an older ship!

Great cruise, fantastic staff, good stops. Only moans would be the charging of tables for Nye, personally think this is unnecessary and just another way of getting money out of guests who have already paid for thier trip, but you don't need to pay as plenty other spaces around centrum to enjoy the balloon drop. Also the cut backs on Nye celebrations such as buffet and Ice sculpture (2019/2020 ) on pool deck and pool party. Try and book a cabin in the middle of the ship as these are the new rooms. Overall a fun cruise with fantastic staff.

This was a family cruise. The ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The food was excellent! It was a great cruise.

Based on the service and tiredness of the ship this was quite possibly the worst cruise I've been on. I was on the slightly older Grandeur last year and that was a much better experience. At this point unless she undergoes a major refurbishment I will never sail on the Enchantment again. This is a real shame since Royal is selling the Grandeur and the Enchantment is moving to Baltimore and will be the closest ship to me in the future.

For a smaller ship and first time cruise it was great!! Was a little choppy a couple of days but the behind the ear patches and non-drowsy Dramamine worked great!! Will definitely do another cruise!!

It was our first cruise. The boat was huge to us, but apparently it’s a smaller ship! The food, service, and shows were beyond expectations! This cruise turned my husband and I into cruisers!

We went on this cruise as our family Christmas Cruise. Ages 9months, 5 yrs, 11 yrs, 20’s, 30’s, & 50’s. We enjoyed the main dining room service, karaoke in the Spotlight lounge, the pools and the amazing service no matter where we were on the ship. Our last day the ship was a little rocky, but that didn’t bother us in the least. Our cabin was quiet at night. The room temperature was easily controlled and after figuring out the shower, the water was nice and hot!

The cruise was great! We have nothing to complain about, and would love to sail Enchantment again

I chose this itinerary and ship for my family, because we had a good mix of first timers and more seasoned cruisers in our party. This cruise represented excellent value for the money. For our next one, we’ll likely try out one of their bigger ships with more bells and whistles, now that everyone has one cruise under their belts. The Independence OTS was docked next to use in Cozumel, and everybody kept talking about how amazing it looked with all the slides and stuff on top. So, maybe that will be the next one for us as a group. The Allure OTS was docked next to us in Costa Maya, and she got similar comments from our party.
