So sorry about the sea sickness. We use the patches and always put them on the night before we get on the ship. I don’t know if you have ever used anything but you might give a try in the future.

Towel animals aren't done every day now. Seas can be rough, nothing can be done about it.

Cruising in the winter can mean rough seas. It’s always a good idea to pack something to prevent or relieve seasickness.
