More info please. What did you not get to do? The only refund the cruise line is required to give are port charges and excursion charges for any port you missed.

People don't realize you pay for a cruise. If you got a cruise of the length for which you paid then the only refund you get is port fees or other port related expenses like excursions. Why do people think they're owed more than that? Did you eat less? Use the ship's facilities less?

More details would help. What was cancelled? What was refunded? If a port was missed, the port charges and any ship excursions for the missed port are the only thing required to be refunded.
