We love smaller ships, easier to get around. Staff were very friendly, always accommodating us.
Embarkation

cruise ship delayed embarkation due to heavy fog. Not their fault. We did not get on ship until 630pm. The turn around time from ship arrival to embarkation was remarkable. Food was ready when we arrived. The staff worked diligently to accomodate all travelers, who were tired and hungry.

We ate mainly in the Windjammer for lunch and supper, food was good. Servers were especially helpful to get what we needed. We ate breakfast in the MDR, food good, service good.

We did not do pools, hot tubs or rock climbing walls, we participated in games, and listened to music and attended shows.

Shows were good, but some we had seen before.

Staff worked hard to accommodate our needs and wants. Thanks to all, from room steward, to staff in R bar, to staff in windjammer and MDR.

This is an older ship. The staff work hard to clean and maintain ship. The ship will be refurburshed in October 2020

Bed was comfortable. Some people complain, but ours was comfortable, we slept well. Overall room size was adequate.
Glad your cruise was a good one. Thanks for the great review. We cruise on Enchantment Feb. 2021. Hoping it is out of Refurb and COVID doesn't cause the cruise to be canceled.
We were on the Enchantment of the Seas last November and absolutely loved it. We prefer the smaller ships. Much better service and the crew seems much happier
