This ship was a very old ship and outdated in many areas. Staff was nice enough but did not go out of their way to make sure that you had a great cruise experience. My stateroom smelled of sewer every day and the bathrooms were not cleaned i.e. feces under the toilet bowl. Entertainment was poor as there was not enough variety of shows. The dining was very good and the dining room wait staff went above and beyond.

Really need to improve on the food which is a main attraction. So much was wasted due to dryness including rice and potatoes!

RC needs to coordinate the travel authorization process with Bermuda to avoid the delays in boarding.

It was so nice to finally get away on a great cruise. As I said earlier, being a senior, Enchantment has all I need in a wonderful cruise experience.

Once again, the service desk kept lying to us about the severe sewage smell and when it would be repaired. Promises were made and broken. The sewage issue was never resolved during the entire voyage. It started in Baltimore with a slight odor and got worse each day that made us sick to our stomachs, headaches, eye burning and a scratchy throat. When leaving 4th level to the 9th level all symptoms disappeared until we returned to the 4th level. A few of the staff and passengers kept trying to close the door where the odor started to back up in our cabins. I called them down and went to customer service stating this was a health and safety issue. Roy who worked with customer service was very helpful in telling us what was going on after I approached him along with other passengers on the 4th level. A few nights the odor came into our room that made sleeping very uncomfortable and unbearable. Don't lie to passengers!!!!!!!

Although the ship is small and old the design and the proximity of event and dining venues were easily and comfortably accessible. Activities especially the dancing were great. The two bands - Rockport in Centum and Latin Dream Trio in Boleros - were always providing great and danceable music.

LOVE this ship! One more cruise on her coming up! She may be small but she's mighty!

But was very clean well keep just next time we need a boat with more kid activities and activities for the adults besides trivia

A wonderful older ship with enough bells & whistles to satisfy everyone. Exceptional service was provided by all staff members throughout the entire ship. It was a fun & happy getaway!

Very disappointed with the ship and all the hidden cost that you don't see when you sign up for a cruise.

Fabulous. Just the right amount of time away. Never cruised during a elementary/Jr.-High School break, and while not our traveling groups ideal... I wouldn't avoid a cruise for that reason in the future.

It has been eight years since I took a cruise. And I traveled this past trip I with people that had never been on a cruise. So I kind of played the narrator. It was a lots of fun knowing a little bit more than they did. So I could help them. I would do it all again. And we plan to!

Royal Caribbean is exceptional in their customer service. The staff is always so kind and helpful and willing to do anything to resolve any issues to the best of their ability.

This was an enjoyable cruise on a small older ship that has held up over the years. The ports of call are working to get back to full operations and we were happy to experience their welcoming spirit.

Overall cruise was fine. Good to get away, one of the best things was perfect day at coco caye

An excellent post covid trip. Staff were excellent, people were happy and social. We felt very safe.

They experienced that we had in the main dining it was excellent those guys treat us like queens kind on top of us whatever we need i have never have anybody to treat us like that I’m gonna share some photos with the guys that I fall in love with excellent service does guy need more than what we gave them and I travel a lot and different cruise ships

The ship and what the ship offered was very good, the STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING!!! I have no problem recommending the cruise experience in itself but the company policy is clearly get the bucks. The WiFi was exorbitant even the ability to just txt people in your own party or other passengers you met and wanted to do things together with was pricey, that in the least should have been free or included or a method of communication to each other and fellow passengers provided in the APP?
