A wonderful older ship with enough bells & whistles to satisfy everyone. Exceptional service was provided by all staff members throughout the entire ship. It was a fun & happy getaway!

Extremely professional, polite, and friendly. Special mention to MDR waiters (Achnan & Vedasto) and room attendant (Srinivas). They went above & beyond to provide exceptional service and a highlight to our cruise experience.

Ship was very clean (observed constant cleaning & sanitizing by staff). Ship size is limited out of Baltimore and was our preference for this particular cruise. Enchantment of the Seas was the perfect size to maneuver and walkabout.

It was as we expected- very clean and cozy. It was well-maintained by our room steward (Srinivas).
Ship tip
The Viking Crown Lounge is a great spot for relaxation and a bird's eye view.
