Review summary

Royal Caribbean is exceptional in their customer service. The staff is always so kind and helpful and willing to do anything to resolve any issues to the best of their ability.

Embarkation

We stood in line for hours. There was only 1 port-a-potty for a lot of people but even worse was that in the initial people embarking someone had diarehha ALL OVER the seat, leaving the only port-a-potty unavailable to women.

This ship was very small to what I expected, and it rocked a lot. Otherwise the areas were all very clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

The reason for the lower rating on this ship is that prior to leaving we were considering upgrading to a balcony cabin. However, the cabin we were shown and told was our cabin (which was a spacious ocean view) appeared much bigger than what we found when we boarded. We were shown a picture of our "current stateroom" which had a couch, 2 chairs, and a table. We chose not to upgrade because of the additional cost of the 12-night balcony, but the room was not as big as what was conveyed.
