Very disappointed with the ship and all the hidden cost that you don't see when you sign up for a cruise.

Terrible, had the COVID test and the date it was taken and it was negative. But the company they recommended screwed up the test for my wife and lost it.

Electrical switches were old and did not always work the first time when you turn lights on. Sink did not drain very fast. Called several times to have it fix nothing was really done. Twice there was no hot water for a long time. Toilet wasn't flushing on the last day

Did you not do any research before booking this cruise? ⬜ There are no hidden fees, everything is explained upfront in the way of gratuities. ⬜ All those ports you gave so few stars to are fun with lots to do if you do your research. ⬜ We cruised on this ship with almost all the same ports in March and had a wonderful time. We didn't do Nassau because it's port was under construction, however, we had been there before and enjoyed it and really did want to go back again because there were places we had missed before and wanted to do. ⬜ Sorry that cruising didn't turn out to be what you expected but maybe you were expecting to much to start with specialy after a world wide pandemic!

You scored CocoCay very low, may I ask why?

There are no hidden costs. Will never understand how someone doesn’t do research before they go on a cruise!

Oh, and what cafeteria do you have where you live that serves that variety and quality of food? Hardworking staff deserve everything they get.

We were on the same itinerary and ship a few weeks ago, and it was great! Staff exceptional. Did also have issues with hot water, though.

Can't blame the cruise line for a lost COVID test.

What hidden costs did you encounter? Those who cruise typically know what costs extra prior to going.
