The ship was in excellent shape as it had been remodeled a few years ago. It is well designed with adequate ammenities.

We booked a cruise that left from and returned to Colon Panama because we thought the ports were more interesting than the usual crowded places. No one told us that 95% of the passengers were from Panama and Columbia and only spoke Spanish. So there were few friends for my kids, all the announcements and evening SHOWS were in Spanish as well. Bingo too- hard to play. We had few other families we could socialize with- a disappointment for my kids.

I think this ship has very nice spaces and good food quality. But the guest service management is very poor and the coordination between activities are bad too. At the second day of cruise I request for an appointment with the cruise director because I have experience in cruising and I am still waiting. The activities are too short and that makes that it is impossible to make an environment to enjoy them. The restaurants are very well attended and you can feel good there. Our cabin was dirty and the bathroom with bad smell.

I felt at home and the crew did everything to create a family feeling

Recently sailed with Enchantment of the Seas, it was our first 5 day cruise. I enjoyed the experience greatly. The food was excellent, the wait staff in the dinning room was outstanding. Everyone was so pleasant. The shows were great, the stateroom attendant was awesome. I loved the towel animals she made. There was so much to do, so much to watch and take in. The spa experience was outstanding, calming and so stress free. I can't wait to go on another cruise to experience another excellent cruising experience. I highly recommend sailing on the enchantment of the seas.

When we arrived to board the Enchantment of the Seas we arrived with 6 people, 2 of which were children. The ships cards used to purchase items on the ship had to be punched to indicate they were minors. We had to board the ship, wait in another line at the Ship's customer service desk, get the cards punched, then leave the ship and go back in line to have the kids pictures taken. We were then surpised that only my 2 of the 6 cards actually worked. We had to go back during the cruise 4 times to finally get the rest of the cards activated. Very frustrating experience. The cruise itself was good, except Belize is really nothing to see. Ship's dining room and bar staff were terrific. Very friendly and accomidating.

WONDERFUL COULD NOT HAVE EXPECTED MORE.

Food in the main dinning was good but seems like less variety, some of them are the same everynight. a liitle boring.

We were very impressed and I already started searching for our next trip on the Enchantment of the Seas

Boarding and disembarkation were run very smoothly. The stateroom was excellent and the steward also was excellent. We had great dining room service from our head waiter and assistant waiter. In fact, two in our party go on cruises a great deal and said that these two waiters were the best they have ever had on a cruise. The stewards and waiters all made the cruise an enjoyable experience for all of us. We also enjoyed the shows. Again, one was the best show any of us had seen on a cruise. The others were good but this one was excellent. We would rate the overall cruise experience as excellent except for one thing that will make us reconsider ever going on the cruise line again. Our main draw back was the emphasis on shopping, trying to get us to spend our money on nothing.. We attended a port shopping talk that was nothing more than an hour long commercial and con job. During the early part of the cruise we "won" several items in a drawing. One was an item that included "$400 worth of prizes." They also sold this item during the port shopping talk for $25. One in our party purchased this item and, as I said, we won it. It was worthless. Even under the best of conditions, the items won were not worth $400. In fact, the were not worth $25! It was a total con job on the passengers, more than 100 of them, who purchased this item. I was shocked that the cruise line allowed such misrepresentation and out right lying to get people to purchase a worthless item. Several other such experiences occurred that left us feeling as if we had been conned at the county fair. We "won" an art item in another drawing but it had to be shipped to us for $45. On and on it went. The entire emphasis was bait and switch and try to get every dollar from us as possible. By the time the cruise was over, we felt we had been used and abused by the "Shopping" staff. So much so that we will consider other cruise lines before we book with this line again. As I stated earlier, we really enjoyed the cruise dining room staff, waiters and stewards. We also enjoyed the cruise experience. However, the over all feel to "sell" us something and get more money from us even if the shopping staff had to lie to us to do it left a very bad taste in our mouth. Integrity rates high on our list of what is important and some of the cruise staff missed it, in fact they were not even in the same playing field as us! If the cruise line would drop this theme of selling and shopping, then the cruise would be excellent.

This was our first larger cruise and it was a fabulous trip. everything was great. The service was amazing. they were all so nice. The food was superb. There was so much and it was so good. plenty of activities to do all the time. The pools and hot tubs were very nice. We definitley picked the right cruise.

I have been on nicer ships.

The ship was very clean, and the staff were all helpful and hard-working.

This was an awful experience for a firtst time crusier. I don't think I will every go on another cruise

The ship size was Great, It was very neat and clean and the staff were awesome! They were really friendly and kept up on all aspects of the ship throughout my trip.

The ship was lovely. The casino could use a pick-me-up. Our room, with a balcony, was not cramped and we very happy with it. I can't imagine doing a cruise without a balcony room...it's our one "must-have" for any future cruises.

Overall it was clean; The area around the pool had a lot of indents and holes; the carpet did overlay them but it made walking across it very difficult. I did not like the fact that I was refused service because I still have my life jacket in my hand.,

We cruised on the Enchantment of the Seas through Royal Caribbean and had an amazing time. There were activites and food available at all times of the day and night. Our waiter in the main dining room was very entertaining and met our every need. The people on staff here truly love their jobs and it shows with what a great cruising experience they provided.

The ship was beautiful and very clean and I felt like a celebrity.
