Review summary
When we arrived to board the Enchantment of the Seas we arrived with 6 people, 2 of which were children. The ships cards used to purchase items on the ship had to be punched to indicate they were minors. We had to board the ship, wait in another line at the Ship's customer service desk, get the cards punched, then leave the ship and go back in line to have the kids pictures taken. We were then surpised that only my 2 of the 6 cards actually worked. We had to go back during the cruise 4 times to finally get the rest of the cards activated. Very frustrating experience. The cruise itself was good, except Belize is really nothing to see. Ship's dining room and bar staff were terrific. Very friendly and accomidating.Ship experiences
