Everything went well. The ship and crew are great!

overall, very happy with the cruise. food and service was excellent. princess always has best itineraries. ship was beautiful with good entertainment. only issue was not being able to go to all speciality restaurants. we could not book them early on our app, kept saying check back when closer to sailing date.

My first ever cruise was more than I could have ever imagined. I am totally hooked on cruises now. Can’t wait to go on another cruise. Best vacation experience ever.

Cuisine Excellent. Did not care for Opera Rock. Would have preferred more musical show with active dancing

Very nice ship. Outstanding crew! Good food! 2 new ports for me, Dominica and Curaçao! The excursion were excellent. Nice countries, good tour guides.

Our first cruise since the pandemic. We loved everything. Especially sailing at 50 percent capacity.

50% passenger load was great for us, we actually looked at extending from 20 days to 30 days (we met many people who were on for 30-days and 40-days. Princess offered us a deal, but we had commitments at home that it wasn't convenient to reschedule, so didn't stay. Maybe next year... Medallion app is the future and I like the idea. Medallion.Net service was poor: constantly booted off, periods of extremely slow speed, app locked up a few times: ordered premium coffee that never showed up. Also ordered room service breakfast five times but didn't show up three times.

Can’t wait to return to the Enchanted Princess! The ship, crew and itinerary are second to none!

This was an outstanding 20 days cruise with 20 days of sunshine. The ship is a beautiful new ship and everything is immaculately clean with great covid control features. You felt very safe. The main Capri dining room had excellent food and service as did the daily buffet. Being on the ship for Christmas & New Year was really special and our best New Years ever.The ships Christmas decorations sure added to the outstanding experience.

The cruise ship was nice and very clean. Due to Covid ports of call were very difficult to get off the ship and really do some sight seeing and shopping. Cruise ship staff were very polite. Food in the dining rooms was very good. Casino was very small, the dealers had no idea what they were doing and made the wrong payouts several times, getting a drink would take 15-20 minutes. The shopping on board was terrible, selection was very poor, no deals to be had on jewelry or liquor. Liquor selection was also poor unless you wanted rum. Cafeteria style dining service was very poor and very unorganized. I can only imagine what a disaster if would have been if the ship was full. The show variety was terrible!! I have been on several cruises with Celebrity, NCL and RCL, this was my first with Princess and probably my last. The ports of call were of interest to us but I understand nothing the cruise line can do about local government regulations. The ship was very clean and the food good but then I can so the same about most cruise ships. This one had nothing special to offer, I have never been on a cruise seen so many walkers and hove arounds before. Diffidently a cruise for the aged!

any time again but except Dominica island no more, the stuff is very friendly focus on the guest cabin always clean and the cabin Stuart calls you by name he always ask what you need etc..... the ship is very beautiful, highly recommended

Cruise was great, were were spoiled with attention.

Everything was fantastic no complaints we went to the shows every night triva and casino and daytime enjoyed the pool on main deck and our excursions

Couldn't have asked for better weather, a little humid for our liking, but Temps generally in the upper 70s to low and mid 80s. Cruise directors were fantastic and seemed to be everywhere and always full of energy that was contagious.

We didn’t know what to expect as our 1st Caribbean cruise , loved enchanted princess , nice staff , busy casino ( I love watching idiots lose money) MDR was ok , Crown grill was outstanding , going to Italian tonight & French tomorrow, not sure if I’d do another Caribbean cruise but overall a good experience

Fun ship with good internet and seamless Medallion system eliminates keycards- perfect except for smoking allowed in casino that ruins the experience

We paid over 3k and expected the food to be much better. After the 3rd day we were dying for food with flavor. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner were bland and just tasteless. We ate the majority of our meals at the ports when available. The food does have a great presentation but they are using the bottom of the barrel ingredients. Food is a big part of the enjoyment of the cruise. Do not book if this is a deal breaker for you. We will not book with Princess again mainly because the food was terrible.

It was a great girls trip We did alot of activities Dancing swimming Playing games

Wish we hadn’t until Covid was cleared. We had vaccines but no one ask.

Shops on the ship were not great very disappointed
