Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Fabulous buffet, Gigi's pizza was amazing.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Production shows seriously lack plots but the music was good. Jazz band and various performers in the piazza were great!

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
There were only 6 kids on this sailing so they combined the kids clubs but my 6yo still had a great time. The staff were very accommodating and willing to let the kids have a say in the activities.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great service. Staff went out of their way to accomodate requests.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Some areas of the ship are only accessible through other venues. The casino opens out onto the piazza, allowing cigarette smoke to waft through.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was well laid out, with the bathroom and closets in their own alcove. Mattresses on the firm side and ceilings a little low for bunks - adults could not sit up in bed.

Ship tip

Ask for things you want but dont see - the princess staff were excellent at finding whatever you wanted.

Ports of call

Boston, Massachusetts

5 out of 5
Did the hop-on hop-off bus tour. Great, informative guide. Good way to see the city on a drizzly day.

Bar Harbor, Maine Did not visit port

Fog delayed water taxis and we elected to not add to the chaos.

Saint John, New Brunswick

5 out of 5
St Martins, sea caves and reversing rapids tour. A bit rushed, with lots of driving on the bus, but beautiful scenery and good food.

Halifax, Nova Scotia

5 out of 5
Walked the harbour walk - beautiful, clean, easy to walk, with very cool sculpture. Visited immigration museum at the pier - very informative and interesting!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Fast and easy, although customs officials were not very friendly.
